Starland Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused dental practice located in Glendale. We pride ourselves on delivering quality patient-centered care using the latest digital technology. We are looking for a skilled, CEREC-certified Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and prepare them for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures.
- CEREC Duties: Maintenance of Equipment. Assist with digital scanning (e.g., Primescan), design, milling, and seating of same-day crowns/restorations.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, and set up/break down treatment rooms.
- Ensure proper aseptic techniques and infection control practices are followed according to HIPAA regulations and OSHA standards.
- Take high-quality digital X-rays while maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
- Manage patient records and ensure OSHA/safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Active Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Required: Proven experience and/or certification in CEREC technology and digital dentistry.
- Strong chairside manner and excellent communication skills.
Pay: $26.75 - $32.21 per hour
