About DUO Southfield
DUO is an upscale bar and restaurant in Southfield, MI. Our support staff keep the floor and bar running — barbacks and bussers stock, clear, clean, and support bartenders and servers so guests get fast, seamless service.
What you'll do
- Restock the bar (ice, glassware, liquor, garnishes) throughout service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and quietly
- Support bartenders and servers during rushes
- Assist with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties
- Keep floors, stations, and service areas clean and safe
What we're looking for
- Strong work ethic and hustle in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who anticipates needs
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and nights/weekends availability
- Prior restaurant or bar experience a plus (will train the right person)
Schedule
Wednesday–Saturday evenings (plus Sunday brunch as it launches).
Pay & perks
$12–$15/hour plus tip share, paid weekly. Benefits include a flexible schedule and an employee dining discount.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
