Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing and vendor transactions

Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and collections

Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation

Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions

Prior accounting experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
