A hand's on highly skilled Project scheduler (IT - SOFTWARE PROJECTS) with experience working across multiple projects , stakeholders, departments at any point in time.
Experience/Skills
1. At least five (5) years of full-time employee (FTE) equivalent experience within the past ten (10) years as a Project Scheduler for large-scale system implementation*, overseeing all aspects of project schedule management including but not limited to development, maintenance, progressive elaboration, resource loading, resource leveling, quality assurance for the project schedule based on industry best practices.
2. At least three (3) years of full-time employee (FTE) equivalent experience within the past five (5) years managing schedules for large-scale system implementations* using Planview or Microsoft Project Desktop version as well as Microsoft Projects Online.
3. At least five (5) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last ten (10) years working on a *large-scale system implementation (see definition below) in the capacity of a Lead Scheduler managing highly complex, integrated master schedules and work plans using industry best practices and standards (e.g., Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Project Management Body of Knowledge, and/or Software Engineering Institute).
4. At least five (5) years of full-time employee equivalent experience implementing customized calculations, reports, dashboards to summarize information from the project schedule for analysis and decision making.
5. At least five (5) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last ten (10) years working on integrated, detailed work plans, utilizing one or more of the following technology tools: Planview, Gantt, PERT, or milestone charts to incorporate different levels of progress in customized reports.
