Parahome Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Handyman Technician who can independently complete residential repair and remodeling projects while providing homeowners with an excellent experience.

What You’ll Do
You will complete a variety of residential repair and remodeling projects, including:
- Bathroom and kitchen remodeling
- Deck repairs and construction
- Interior and exterior carpentry
- Drywall repair and painting
- Trim, molding, and cabinet installation
- Tile and flooring installation
- Door and window installation
- Siding, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Framing and general home repairs
- Leading a helper or small crew when needed
- Communicating project updates with customers and the office
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of residential remodeling, carpentry, or handyman experience
- Ability to complete projects independently with limited supervision
- Broad knowledge of residential repairs and remodeling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and on time
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, photos, and job updates
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience leading helpers or small crews is preferred.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Thursday. Typical workdays begin at 7:30 and end at 5:30
Occasional overtime may be available depending on project schedules.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
