Hive Recovery Collective is a therapist-owned massage clinic focused on injury recovery, chronic pain management, and overall wellness. We’re proud to offer treatment-focused massage that still feels like a luxury experience.
Our clients are a mix of regulars maintaining progress and new patients looking to break the pain cycle. We’re known for our collaborative environment, experienced team, and personalized approach to care.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with therapeutic bodywork with experience and a firm-to-deep, flowing style. The ideal candidate enjoys treatment style work, values quality care, teamwork, and helping clients feel their best.

- Flexibility to design your session lengths and techniques (60, 90, and optional 120-minute sessions)
- Add-ons available: cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm, gua sha, hot stones, and prenatal work
Schedule Options
We offer flexibility in scheduling and are happy to build a routine that fits your life.
Current available shifts include:
- Monday 2–7 pm
- Tuesday 2–7 pm
- Wednesday 2–7 pm
- Thursday 2–7 pm
- Friday 2–7 pm
- Saturday 9 am–2 pm
We’d love to find someone available for 2–3 afternoon shifts and a couple of Saturdays a month — though we’re open to adjusting for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide focused, intentional massage sessions
- Deliver exceptional client care and communication
- Maintain appropriate SOAP or session notes
- Manage client checkout and scheduling in JaneApp
- Keep treatment space clean and ready between sessions
- Work collaboratively with fellow therapists
Requirements
- Active Oregon Massage Therapy License
- Current professional liability insurance
- Minimum 1 year of experience (injury recovery or chronic pain preferred)
- Credentialed with Regence Blue Cross or willing to complete credentialing (we’ll assist)
Compensation & Perks
- Range of $40-60/hour hands-on, DOE
- 100% of tips
- 15% commission on product sales
- Paid time between sessions for turnover and other office time
- 2+ hours of continuing education offered annually
- Biweekly direct deposit
