Position: Full-Time Lot Manager
Baker Recovery is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our repossession storage lot. This is a hands-on leadership position that plays a critical role in keeping vehicles, paperwork, keys, and customer service running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations of the repossession lot.
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and storage locations.
- Coordinate vehicle releases and personal property returns.
- Oversee vehicle check-ins, condition reports, and required photos.
- Ensure keys are tracked, secured, and properly documented.
- Communicate with office staff, transporters, locksmiths, and clients.
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements are followed.
- Help prioritize work and keep daily operations on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership experience or the ability to supervise daily operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
