What You Bring:

- Stamina for physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders) and the focus required for meticulous surface preparation and finish application.
- At least one year of experience in the trades, specific to painting residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Reliable commute to our Brighton office and shop space

Day-to-Day Operations:
- Uphold Keider Painting’s commitment to exceptional service, customer satisfaction, company policies, and procedures.
- Gather necessary materials at the office shop in preparation for the day’s projects.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards as outlined by company management.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
- Work together with a crew to finish projects on time and satisfy our clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in painting trade, specific to painting residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Able to take direction, think critically, and confidently communicate with team members and management.
- Able to physically lift, unassisted, up to 50 pounds, and be able to work on ladders.
- Adaptable to indoor and outdoor conditions for painting and home improvement services
- A great attitude with a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience
- A business-savvy mindset that values quality work and building strong relationships
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma, additional training, education, certification preferred
