About the Role
As a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate, you must be forklift experienced and will be at the center of our daily operations. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, assist with shipping and receiving, and make sure the right trucks get loaded on time. You’ll also help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment while collaborating with your team to keep things moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks and move materials.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks to ensure products are handled correctly.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain strong warehouse organization to support efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Work with warehouse management to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Verify that correct trucks are loaded accurately and on schedule.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Forklift experience required and experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Important Note:
This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity. You’ll start on a 90-day 1099 contract, with a background check required prior to the start of the contract. There is potential to transition into a permanent W2 role based on performance and attendance during the contract period.
