A) Job Summary
Reuland Electric Motor Company is a U.S.-based manufacturer of custom electric motors, serving industries such as cranes, hoists, elevators, and infrastructure. Founded in 1937, we are known for building high-quality, made-to-order motors and maintaining a strong, hands-on work culture.
We are currently hiring one Motor Winder. Candidates will be considered for the role that best matches their experience and skills. These are hands-on positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
B) Duties and Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Follow work instructions and complete assigned production tasks.
- Use hand tools and shop equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Inspect work for quality and report issues as needed.
Motor Winder (1 opening):
8. Wind motor coils using machines and hand tools.
9. Follow diagrams and instructions to complete windings.
10. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
C) Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including a respirator (for painting role).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work on your feet
