Chick-fil-A North Dupont Hwy is seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Director to lead our back-of-house operations. The Kitchen Director will be responsible for overseeing food safety, team leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

Lead and manage kitchen operations to maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards of quality and service.

Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and teamwork.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and reduce waste.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.

Uphold Chick-fil-A’s Core Values and create a positive work culture.

Work closely with other leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Previous kitchen or leadership experience required (Chick-fil-A experience is a plus).

Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
