Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated One Year old Lead Teacher to join our fun and energetic early childhood education team. As one of our Teachers, you would be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans with the goal of fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while working in a supportive and dynamic setting committed to excellence in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings
- Ability to adapt to each child's needs and temperament.
- Must have a patient, warm and nurturing personality.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques tailored for infants and toddlers.
- Certification or training in early childhood education (DCF 45 Hrs., Staff Credential)
- Familiarity with the Creative Curriculum and lesson planning
- Maintain a safe, clean and engaging classroom environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
