Join our awesome sports bar team as a Sports Bar Server! We are a small but strong team!
Potential for additional hours with football season coming in September!
Hourly wage plus tips paid with each shift! You’ll deliver exceptional service to sports fans and food lovers alike, provide friendly interaction and efficient order management.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring timely delivery
- Serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar, tables, and serving stations
- Food handling, bussing tables, restocking server station and refilling condiments
- End of day cleaning, some sweeping and mopping
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
- Familiarity with usage of a POS system
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically
- Be a multi-tasker: handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
