Position: Home Health Care Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (5:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
Location: Provo, UT (Utah County)
Patient Focus: Home Health and Hospice Care
Annual Salary Starts at: $70,000, more will be offered depending on expeirence, education and background.

We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Utah County team. The role is primarily focused on home health care patients, with the chance to care for hospice and some pediatric patients occasionally. This unique 7 on 7 off overnight schedule offers the perfect mix of flexibility, autonomy, and purpose-driven care, giving you the opportunity to truly make a difference in patients’ lives.
CNS offers the following benefits to full-time 7 on 7 off employees:

Please note: this 7 on 7 off position does not include paid vacation time or floating holidays. Paid sick time and paid holidays are included as outlined above.
Essential Functions:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for home health patients in their home.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care while working independently.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary health team members.
- Being on call when needed during the 7 day schedule
- Admitting patients into our network of care (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Utah.
- BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: BSN and 2+ years of nursing experience in acute care, home health, or hospice settings.
