Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and verifying billing accuracy to support hotel management.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections of the property to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and other essential documentation in compliance with hotel policies.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to report issues or discrepancies that may affect guest experience or safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures related to night audit functions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating communication with diverse guests from around the world.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that enhances guest relations.
- Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems are essential.
