Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about merchandise.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling and checkout processes while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure attractive merchandising that highlights seasonal and promotional items.
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and organizing supplies to ensure product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment that encourages engagement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and retail math is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting customers.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
