We're Hiring: A Child & Adolescent Therapist
We're looking for a clinician with specific experience working with children and/or adolescents to join our growing caseload of younger clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about child development, play therapy, family dynamics, or school-related concerns.
We're looking for clinicians who hold one of the following active, unrestricted New Jersey licenses:
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Must be eligible for insurance credentialing in NJ (we panel through Headway). Unlicensed associates, interns, and pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered at this time.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, in-person and via telehealth
- Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning tailored to younger clients
- Collaborate with parents/guardians as part of treatment, where clinically appropriate
- Manage your caseload with strong clinical autonomy
- Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Treat clients presenting with anxiety, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, family transitions, and developmental or emotional challenges
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted NJ therapy license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy (community mental health, clinic, or private practice settings all welcome!)
- Comfort incorporating play therapy, family sessions, or developmentally appropriate techniques
- Strong clinical judgment and a well-developed therapeutic approach
