Credit Manager
We are seeking a Credit Manager to oversee credit and accounts receivable operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing risk, improving cash flow, and driving effective collections strategies while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage credit and AR operations, including team oversight
Establish and enforce credit policies, procedures, and risk controls
Drive collections strategy to reduce aging and improve cash flow
Review customer creditworthiness and approve credit limits
Oversee account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and deduction management
Partner with internal teams to support order processing and account health
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Ideal Background:
Proven Credit Management leadership experience
Strong background in Accounts Receivable operations
Demonstrated team leadership and staff development
Experience owning credit policies and process improvements
Ability to develop and execute collections strategies
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred
