- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical or controls engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing or leading development projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for designing schematics and cable assemblies.
- Strong experience with Allen‑Bradley and Siemens PLCs/HMIs; Visual Studio experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, USB, Serial, DeviceNet).
- Experience with PID control loops for temperature, flow, pressure, and motion control.
- General understanding of UL, NEC, and NFPA 79 standards.
- Ability to design power distribution systems up to 480VAC and low‑voltage control panels.
- Hands‑on ability to analyze, debug, and implement corrective actions.
- Basic understanding of PCB design is a plus.
