We are hiring Shift Leads and Assistant Managers at our 24 mile location in Shelby Twp. Must be 18 or older. Shift time is 4pm-12am. Full time or part time hours available.
Must have weekend availability.
Pay is base pay plus cash and credit card tips. Base pay is dependent upon experience.
Requirements:
- Your own vehicle with a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Availability for closing shifts and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor all cash in the restaurant, conduct daily banking, and devise strategies to maximize sales
- Staffing/scheduling
- Interviews, Adults vs. Minors, work permits, SubSource packets, time off requests, labor%, weather/seasonal changes
- Training
- Training Material (wall charts/recipe cards, checklists), EDOCA
- Promotional Readiness
- POP kits, DQ Hub, Children’s Miracle Network fundraising
- Food Orders/ COGS
- Sysco schedule, critical counts, will call pickup, COGS %, credit requests, waste logs, theoretical vs. actual yield
- Weekly Notes
- Sales, Labor, COGS
- Payroll
- Reviewing time cards, splitting credit card tips
Training:
- ServeSafe course
- Successful completion of an online test at the 30-day and 60-day mark
