We are currently looking for a Delivery Driver to work with our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a driver's license and clean driving record with no demerit points, and will enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
· The dispensary delivery driver facilitates the smooth flow of delivery orders at the dispensary on a daily basis and serves as a customer service representative on the road.
· Understand and demonstrate compliance to State and Local laws.
· Must articulate and be well-versed on the various types, strains and THC levels associated with the products.
· Educating customers on the different strains of marijuana, their purported effects on different medical conditions, and the different methods and routes of administering medical marijuana.
· Observing patients for symptoms that could signify unhealthy or unstable usage of medical marijuana. Client Service Agents are to alert the manager immediately if they notice these signs or symptoms.
· Responsible for safely operating the delivery vehicle and maintaining fuel and fluid levels.
· Reporting maintenance needs for delivery vehicles to Store manager.
· Securely transporting cannabis and cannabis products to offsite customers following local and state regulations.
· Must maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record at all times.
· Responsible for verifying customer ID and entering client and product information into required software programs.
· Providing customers with support and allowable amounts of cannabis.
· This position is responsible for Complying with the Operations Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to safety and security policies and procedures to ensure operation in compliance with state laws and regulations.
