Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations in a vibrant food service environment. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Lead, train, and develop staff members to foster a motivated and efficient team environment
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Oversee POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service experiences
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and ensuring operational goals are met
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and cooking
- Familiarity with Toast; cash handling experience required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or food service environments
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for staff training, team leadership, and customer interactions
- Experience with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and managing hospitality teams is highly desirable
- Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus; hospitality management background preferred
