Position Summary
East Aurora High School is seeking qualified candidates for High School Athletics stipend positions. The
selected individual will support the school's athletic program by promoting student-athlete development,
sportsmanship, teamwork, and adherence to district and athletic association policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
- Organize, supervise, and conduct practices and competitions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
- Promote sportsmanship, character development, and academic success.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration.
- Maintain compliance with district policies and athletic association regulations.
- Assist with equipment inventory, maintenance, and program needs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching, playing, or related athletic experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and clearances, including background checks.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred or required based on district guidelines.
Compensation
This is a stipend position. Compensation will be provided according to the district's approved stipend schedule and
applicable collective bargaining agreements.
