We're Hiring: Senior Accountant (Cost Accounting)

Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including standard cost updates, cost rolls, and variance analysis
Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances while monitoring inventory KPIs
Support month-end close through journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
Calculate and manage customer rebate and pricing support programs
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to improve business performance
Support Microsoft D365 ERP implementation and reporting initiatives
Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational efficiencies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong cost accounting and standard costing experience
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas)
ERP experience; Microsoft D365 and Power BI experience are a plus
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a desire to continue learning and growing
