Depending on experience, this role can make at least $30 - $40 an hour, plus benefits. High performers have made anywhere from $60,000 to $100,000+ in total compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions.
- Adhere to company service systems and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to personal and team success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of electrical experience, including at least 3 years in electrical service and sales.
- Proven ability to properly troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
