We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and organized Certified Medical
Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who
enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is
comfortable supporting both insurance-based and cash-pay services.
Qualifications
Required
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification in Arizona
Minimum of 5 years of Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records
Ability to provide an outstanding concierge-level patient experience
Preferred
Experience in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, neurology, orthopedics,
pain management, or PM&R
Experience selling and educating patients on cash-pay treatment packages
Concierge medicine or luxury healthcare experience
Experience coordinating complex patient care
Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
Room patients and obtain complete medical histories and vital signs
Prepare patients for physician evaluations and procedures
Assist with ultrasound-guided injections, EMG studies, and in-office procedures
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical supplies
Administer injections and perform other duties within MA scope of practice
Patient Care Coordination
Coordinate imaging studies, laboratory testing, and specialty referrals
Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
Communicate with imaging centers, pharmacies, specialists, and insurance
companies
Process prescription refill requests and assist with medication management
under physician direction
Ensure patients understand their treatment plans and next steps
Patient Experience & Practice Growth
Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes
Discuss cash-pay treatment packages and answer patient questions confidently
Help patients select treatment plans that best meet their goals
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience from first contact through follow-
up
Build long-term relationships that encourage patient satisfaction and retention
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Coordinate physician schedules efficiently
Order medical supplies as needed
Assist with prior authorizations and insurance documentation
Support daily clinic operations and workflow
