We are seeking a Test and Balance (TAB) Technician to join our team. Join a small, fast-growing company and play a key role in its growth.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually and ready to work
- Responsible for the proper Testing and Balancing (TAB) of mechanical HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Inspect and analyze equipment
- recorded Accurate and repeatable test data.
- Responsible for proper care/maintenance of company-provided tools, vehicles, and test instruments.
- Comfortable working independently or in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Possesses knowledge of Mechanical Systems and TAB Procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, equipment submittals, and specifications.
- Ability to utilize a variety of hand tools and test equipment and maintain tools and equipment for proper functionality.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Clean driving record, own vehicle, and ability to pass a drug and background screening.
Work Environment:
This position may require working at construction sites and in mechanical/equipment rooms, which may also involve exposure to extreme weather conditions, specifically hot and humid environments. May also be exposed to moving mechanical parts and heavy equipment while performing the duties of this job.

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
