Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Gutter Crew Member to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working at construction sites. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain gutter systems according to project specifications
- Assist with related tasks such as fascia, soffit, and roofing work as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate work
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for material handling or site preparation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans
- Familiarity with construction management, estimating, inspection, and site safety practices
- Skills in caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, and other related trades are a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for fixtures or electrical components
- Experience with fabrication, carpentry (including frame and door hanging), flooring installation, tile laying, or masonry is advantageous
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, or restoration work is beneficial but not required
- Strong physical stamina for working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
