Duties
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly
- Provide timely medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment to ensure client safety and fall prevention
- Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Skills
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in home health, assisted living, or a clinical setting.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid to respond effectively during emergencies
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy at all times
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals, residents, families, and team members
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and assisting with resident transfers or mobility support
Requirements
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Pay Range
