We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service/Front Desk professional to join our team! This energetic role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced office setting. Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and compassion, creating a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff members
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and organizing files
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical experience required
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace applications, and general computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
