Verizon Client Representative Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist each customer in a professional and friendly manner
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
- Educate each customer on Verizon products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve the overall customer experience
- Support sales initiatives by presenting products that align with customer goals
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities

What We're Looking For the Verizon Client Representative role:
- Ability to work full-time and commute to the office daily
- Prior Verizon Client Representative experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and professional approach to every customer interaction
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to helping each customer
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
