Role: Club Manager (General Manager)
Location: Woodbury Minnesota
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: This role includes weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer. We’re seeking a General Manager to lead presale efforts to build a core membership base and foster a culture of learning and development for both the coaches and the families that attend the program. The General Manager is an outgoing, goal oriented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on training and developing their team, and delivering exceptional experiences for students, families, and staff.
This role requires someone who is interested in center operations, driving sales and being a leader in staff development, curriculum delivery, and customer service.
In this role, you will be a founding leader of a brand-new business, with a real impact on how we operate, grow, and show up in the Woodbury community — backed by a franchise system with proven curriculum, marketing, and operational processes. You’ll share directly in the club's growth. In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll earn a growing percentage of gross club revenue as membership increases, meaning your compensation grows in step with the business you help build, with no cap as the club scales toward and beyond our opening targets.
Applicants should have a passion for working with children, prior management experience, experience in membership-based sales, and an outgoing personality to engage with families and create an exciting culture.
