Our clients in the Goodyear, AZ, area are currently looking to hire Forklift Operators for their location. In this role, the candidate would be responsible for using sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry picker forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials. A minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial warehouse equipment is required for this position.
The Day-to-Day:
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, meeting daily workload targets (e.g., 15 orders or 650 units).
- Ensure outbound pallets are labeled correctly with proper paperwork (BOL, PRO#, and Carrier info).
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, harness requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous forklift operator experience required.
- Experience using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, or handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, or flexible shifts when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (subject to change)
- 3rd Shift: Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday to Monday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (subject to change)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
