WORK PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION:

Operate rollback / wrecker vehicles

Ability to manage time and be efficient in loads per dispatch assignment

Perform daily pre & post trip inspections of truck
- Ability to hook/unhook equipment
- Ability to safely secure cargo (tarp, strap, chain, climb 6 ft. ladder, etc.)

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-
Pick up and delivery of salvage automobiles.
-
Ability to communicate in professional manner with customers at pick up/delivery of vehicles.
-
Follow all safety rules of the company and customers facilities.
-
Compliance with employee handbook and health, safety, and environmental compliance.
-
All other duties assigned. (After training period, work will be assigned in office or on yard when runs are not available.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Class C License with clean driving record.
-
Minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience.

Ability to pass Drug Screen

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment in production areas – Steel Toed Boots, Hard hat, Vest and Safety Glasses

Ability to work standing for up to 9 hours.

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS:
- Stands, walk, use hands, reaches, talk and hear frequently.

Lifts to 50 lbs.

Requires close vision at 20 inches or less.

Requires distant vision at 20 feet or more.

Requires the ability to distinguish colors.

Requires good peripheral vision.

Must be able to walk comfortably up to 3 miles daily.

Required to push/pull and climb ladders greater than 20ft.
