Title: Business Advisor
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Onsite — Roseville, CA 95678
Car Allowance: $500/month
Estimated OTE: $50,000–$55,000+ first year

Day to Day:
You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’s top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory.
- Prospect in provided territory for new client growth
- Sell WiZiX’s products and services through a consultative outside B2B sales approach
- Attend Monthly Sales Meetings at office
- Attend various company outings
- Write proposals and negotiate terms of contracts
- Manage clients and prospects within CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Competent computer skills
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed)
- Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence
- Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting)
- Must live within ~15 minutes of the Sonoma County office/territory
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided)
- Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid work
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus if lacking experience)
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Strong computer and CRM skills
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
