As a Direct Marketing and Canvassing Manager, you will play a critical role in hiring new canvassers, training and coaching your team on door-to-door appointment setting, and guiding and prioritize canvassing efforts to optimize results in our territory. We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement of team lead generation goals.
You and your team of canvassers will target specific homes in neighborhoods throughout our territory and present our Solar, Roofing, Siding and gutter products to homeowners. This is an Advertising and Marketing management position. There is no selling involved. We offer a highly competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses for management and entry level candidates!
Qualified candidate must be articulate, persistent, and be willing to sweat it out during the hot summer nights and deal with cold as necessary. So, if you have experience recruiting and managing canvassers in solar, roofing, siding, home improvement, home security, pest control, or cable companies than this is the position for you!
