Insu Health Design is seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on Technical B2B Lead Generation to join our innovative marketing team. This role is not for someone who only understands ecommerce, retail, or basic local services marketing. We need someone who can market complex engineering services, simplify technical offers, create strong lead funnels, and run effective paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified conversations.
The ideal person should be able to move quickly. We are not looking for a long strategy only engagement. We want someone who can help us define the right messaging and personas while also building funnels, integrating systems, launching campaigns, and improving performance in real time.
In this role, you will leverage GoHighLevel, Wix Studio, and paid advertising platforms to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our business clients. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, and data analytics will be essential in driving demand generation and expanding our market presence.
What you will do:
1. Build and launch lead generation funnels in GoHighLevel.
2. Connect GoHighLevel with our Wix Studio website, including forms, landing pages, lead capture, tracking, CRM stages, automations, and appointment booking.
3. Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns, especially Google Ads, with a focus on qualified B2B leads.
4. Create or improve landing pages for technical engineering offers, prototype development services, consultation calls, assessments, and lead magnets.
5. Develop buyer personas and messaging for founders, startups, technical teams, product companies, healthcare innovators, cold chain companies, medtech groups, and other potential engineering service buyers.
6. Create lead magnets, content ideas, email follow up sequences, and nurture workflows that help educate technical buyers and move them toward a consultation.
7. Improve conversion tracking, lead attribution, reporting, and campaign visibility.
8. Help turn INSU’s technical capabilities into clear marketing campaigns that generate booked calls and sales opportunities.
Required experience:
1. Strong experience with B2B lead generation for technical, engineering, product development, SaaS, healthcare, medtech, industrial, manufacturing, consulting, or professional services companies.
2. Proven ability to run paid ads for lead generation, especially Google Ads.
3. Strong GoHighLevel experience, including funnels, workflows, CRM pipelines, forms, landing pages, automations, and reporting.
4. Wix Studio or Wix experience, especially connecting websites with CRMs, forms, tracking, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
5. Ability to write and structure messaging for complex technical services.
6. Experience creating lead magnets, email nurture campaigns, landing pages, and conversion focused content.
7. Understanding of tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
This will start as a part time fractional role with the potential for ongoing full time work.
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
