Marketing & Customer Experience Operations Lead

Monday–Friday · 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year
THE OPPORTUNITY
Induction Hardware is scaling fast and we need someone who sits at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and operations. You'll shape how we tell our brand story, manage the full customer journey, and help build the systems that support growth. The first 90–120 days are structured learning — after that, you lead. This is not a schedule-posts role. We want someone who owns the narrative and drives outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Marketing strategy & execution — develop and run campaigns that reflect our premium, design-forward identity
- Brand voice ownership — maintain a consistent, elevated tone across every channel
- Customer experience leadership — build playbooks for how we communicate, resolve issues, and retain customers
- Logistics & fulfillment coordination — own the order pipeline end-to-end
- Cross-functional collaboration — work with the team to close feedback loops and drive improvements
- Reporting & insights — track key metrics and present findings to leadership
YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU…
- Are a recent grad in marketing, communications, or business who thinks like a founder
- Can tell the difference between content that converts and content that blends in
- Are hungry to grow into a marketing or CX leadership role within 12–18 months
- Have hands-on experience — internships, freelance, or side projects — running campaigns
- See gaps, have ideas, and follow through without being asked twice
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Stock options after 6–12 months
