Build & Wire: Assemble electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, and wire harnesses using schematics, drawings, and hand/power tools.
Technical Tasks: Perform low-voltage wiring, basic soldering, connector installation, and cable routing.
Quality Control: Identify and report discrepancies in drawings or work instructions to engineering or supervisors.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Functional Testing: Run scripted tests using multimeters, continuity testers, and pressure/vacuum tools.
Diagnose & Repair: Identify basic electrical/mechanical failures and perform simple corrective actions.
Technical Support: Document test results and assist senior technicians with test fixture setup.
Documentation & Materials
Logging & Compliance: Accurately record work, test results, and inventory use according to established procedures.
Workspace Management: Stage production materials and maintain an organized inventory workspace.
Cross-Functional Support
Teamwork: Collaborate with production, engineering, and materials teams to meet daily output goals.
Flexibility: Shift dynamically between assembly, testing, and rework based on production needs.
