We are looking for someone who:
Holds an active Florida Dental Hygiene license
Has a passion for patient education and preventive care
Builds trust quickly and creates lasting patient relationships
Understands the connection between oral health and overall health
Is comfortable discussing periodontal disease and comprehensive treatment recommendations
Works closely with doctors to create outstanding patient outcomes
Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Maintains excellent clinical documentation
Is dependable, positive, and committed to continuous growth
Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience every single day
Experience with the following is preferred:
Comprehensive periodontal evaluations
Scaling and root planing
Periodontal maintenance
Adult prophylaxis
Digital radiographs
Intraoral photography
iTero scanner
Oral cancer screenings
CBCT experience is a plus
Digital patient education tools
Soft tissue management
Local anesthesia certification
Nitrous oxide certification is a plus
