Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting our dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and the ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Take dental imaging, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage dental terminology effectively.
- Provide support in general dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.
- Utilize 3D scanners for advanced imaging as needed.
- Temporary crown/bridge skills
- Cosmetic case knowledgable
- Invisalign knowledge and ability to communicate
- 3D Sprintray printer know how
- Collaborate with the assistant team & business office to manage patient flow.
- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with familiarity in general dentistry being a plus. We are willing to train someone with a great attitude and wants to grow in their dental skills.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.
- Experience with CBCT imaging techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $26.50 - $34.50 per hour
