Robert Mark Technologies; a software sales and consulting organization focusing exclusively in the Workload Automation industry, is currently seeking a Sales/Account Manager resource to fuel our software and services growth. As a Sales/Account Manager, you will be trained on our Software and Services Solutions and equipped with key messaging to open doors to deliver our value proposition. With your desire to learn, grow, and succeed you will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. You will be a key team member of the RMT sales team, working alongside the management team, to drive new sales and repeat business. This position is out of our Woodbury, MN office.
Responsibilities include:
- Work the RMT key accounts to uncover opportunities and foster relationships that provide sales and services opportunities.
- Leverage the current marketing campaigns to drive new sales via leads generated from the campaigns.
- Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships with internal and external team members.
- Maintain account records in RMT Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Develop a solid understanding of RMT services and stay current on industry trends.
- Demonstrate passion for company, solutions, customers, and goals.
- Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive information.
- Ensure sales targets/objectives are achieved monthly, quarterly, annually.
Basic Qualifications:
- Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Energy and optimism regarding our software, solutions, and our customers.
- The ability to professionally represent our organization and the products we sell
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales (preferred in Software industry) experience
- Self-driven and motivated
- Strong technical aptitude and business acumen
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
- Interest in driving career forward rapidly
- Knowledge of ERP, BI, Big Data, or Database

Job Type: Full-time:
- Base Pay: $50,000 to $80,000 per year
- Commission: $50,000 to $125,000 depending on performance
