We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Spa Receptionist to join our team at a luxury spa in Downtown Miami. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience.

Schedule appointments and manage the spa calendar.

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Check guests in and out of services.
-
Recommend spa services and retail products.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist the spa team with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Shifts Available:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
