Dining Room Manager

Located in a secluded Northwoods setting, Canoe Bay offers absolute privacy, delicious meals, and ultimate relaxation for our guests in our romantic, lakeside dining room. As one of our Dining Room Managers, you will be an integral part of our commitment to exceeding guest expectations and providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee & assist with the dining room operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
-Co- Manage and train dining room staff on service standards, including customer interaction and food safety protocols
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure efficient food service and delivery
- Assist with inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Utilize your expertise in fine dining to enhance the overall guest experience
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Daily reporting to and communication with the General Manager, Chef & other managers.
Skills:
- Proficient in interviewing staff to build a strong dining room team
- Experience in food and wine service to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to assist with cooking, harvesting or beverage service duties as needed
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices for a safe dining environment
