Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Sales Producer located in McAllen, TX. The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling insurance products, and addressing client needs effectively. Key responsibilities include generating new leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, assessing customer requirements, recommending appropriate insurance products, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves participating in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Insurance knowledge and practices to assess and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Previous experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to participate in ongoing Training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Active insurance license or ability to obtain one within a stipulated period.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software is a plus.
