General Job Description:
The A Shot For Life Program Manager will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of a select number of ASFL initiatives. There are ASFL events throughout the calendar year, and the program manager will be responsible for the forward progress of the initiatives that they are tasked with managing. Programs that could be assigned include the A Shot For Life Challenge (basketball), ASFL Baseball and Softball, ASFL Soccer, ASFL Football, ASFL Hockey, and the ASFL Gauntlet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
ASFL Program Managers will perform a myriad of mission-related tasks. Due to the ever-evolving nature of our organization, tasks are likely to morph and transform. Certain tasks include helping to grow the ASFL Gauntlet by assisting in managing our summer intern staff, helping to administer the ASFL Family program through all of its initiatives, and bolstering our communications with our alumni network and our donor database. Additional tasks may include involvement in marketing, implementing social media campaigns, establishing new initiatives, or any other core function of ASFL progress that is necessary at the time. ASFL is very much an inclusive and team oriented atmosphere where staff assists each other.

Qualifications:
Education – Successful applicants will hold at minimum a BACHELORS degree
Experience – Former internships and work experience is preferred, no sports experience is required but it would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
