Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach
Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for part-time work starting in the Fall 2026 school year. This is an excellent role for college students, retired teachers, or anyone with a deep passion for education.
What We're Looking For: We’re hiring Academic Coaches who can support Elementary, Middle School and/or High School students in a range of subjects, including:
- Core Subjects: Language Arts, History, Natural Sciences, Math - including Alg I
- Advanced Subjects: Chemistry, Biology, English Lit., AP Calc, AP Physics, AP US History
- Test Prep (Preferred): SAT/ACT, ISEE
- Executive Functioning skills
- Availability: Starting after 3pm weekdays, plus Sunday (10-6pm)
- Location: Memorial Area at our Katy Freeway office (77024)
The Academic Coach Experience:
- Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours.
- All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.

What you should offer:
- Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
- Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
- Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
- Are available 10+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours during the school year: Mon–Thur 3:00–9:30pm & Sunday, 10:00am–6:00pm)
