What you’ll do
- Answer calls and greet clients as the welcoming first point of contact
- Own lead intake — capture every inquiry and make sure none slip through
- Coordinate estimates, installs, and service calls so the field team stays on schedule
- Support our designers and sales team and keep the office organizedHandle proposals, follow-ups, and the details that keep us running smoothly

Who we’re looking for
- Organized to the bone — nothing falls through your cracks
- Warm and professional with clients, on the phone and in person
- A self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it
- Coachable, dependable, and detail-sharp
- Comfortable learning new software
- Prior office or front-desk experience is a plus, not a must

The details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: In person at our East Setauket, NY office (not remote)
- Pay: $70,000 base + commissions and bonuses ($100K+ potential)
