Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
- Min 1 year serving experience in a busy environment.
