Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to leadership teams across clinical sites. This role ensures smooth day-to-day administrative functions, supports project tracking, maintains documentation, and assists in the coordination of operational initiatives
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions

Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and project trackers.

Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Support data entry, dashboard updates, and routine reporting for operational KPIs.

Liaise with site managers to gather updates and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for operational leadership.

Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with administrative protocols.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.

Attend meetings and prepare minutes.

Coordinate trainings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
Preferred Education: Associates Degree (higher degree accepted) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum Experience: 2 years in administrative support, perferably in health or public sector
Preferred Experience: Supporting senior leadership, managing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional projects
